In spite of the seven thousand books of expert advice, the right way to discipline a child is still a mystery to most fathers and... mothers. Only your grandmother and Ghengis Khan know how to do it. ~Billy Cosby

Do you think the rules/laws are applied to Fathers more stringently as compared to Mothers?

The mother of a toddler who went missing four months ago has been arrested and charged with her murder.

Casey Anthony has been charged with murdering her daughter

Caylee Anthony, who was two years old when she disappeared in Florida, has never been found despite an exhaustive search.

It later transpired that she had been missing for a month before her absence was reported to authorities.

Police believe Caylee is dead, based on evidence of a decomposing body found in the boot of a Pontiac her mother was driving.

Casey Anthony told authorities she had left her daughter with a babysitter in June, and that the two were gone when she returned from work.

She says she spent the next month trying to find her daughter and failed to report her missing because she was scared.

The 22-year-old has now been indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her daughter.

A few hours before the indictment was issued, she stood silently, sometimes crying, while her lawyer told reporters she is innocent.

If convicted of first-degree murder, she could face the death penalty.

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said: "Speaking as a father, a day doesn't pass where I wish the evidence that we have gathered didn't add up to the painfully obvious.

"Sadly, I cannot change the facts surrounding the investigation.''

He said investigators would continue doing "everything in our power to find little Caylee''.
